We ship from Ontario to addresses across Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are packed and shipped within [CONFIRM] business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a statutory holiday are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates — Canada
Rates are based on your order subtotal before tax.

Delivery Times — Canada
Within Ontario, expect 2 to 5 business days from the day your order ships. Everywhere else in Canada, 4 to 10 business days. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather and remote destinations can add time.
United States
Shipping to the United States is a flat $15.32 CAD. The free shipping threshold applies to Canadian orders only. Duties and import taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it has not arrived within an hour of that email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Wrong or Undeliverable Addresses
Check your shipping address before you complete checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you cover the return and reshipment cost. If the error is ours, we cover it.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stalls for more than five business days, email us at info@olwayperformance.com. We will trace it with the carrier and make it right. Damaged or missing orders are also covered by our refund policy.
