How to read this table

The column that matters most is the last one, not the first. Athletes tend to scan straight to carbohydrate grams and assume bigger is better, but the "designed for" column is where the real decision lives. Skratch Labs

Skratch was built by sports dietitian Allen Lim, and the Sport Hydration Mix it is best known for is genuinely good at what it was designed to do. Simple ingredients, real-fruit flavouring, an electrolyte profile of around 380mg of sodium per serving, and a clean mouthfeel that is easy on the stomach over a couple of hours. For a one or two-hour ride where hydration is the goal, it is a reasonable choice and no one needs to overthink it.

The formula stops working when the session gets long. At roughly 21 grams of carbohydrate per serving, hitting 60 grams an hour means drinking close to three servings, which is more fluid than most athletes want in their stomach.
